Greetings.

Well things have been a little crazy, but what else is new. New changes, big changes. Some of this makes me excited, while some of it bums me out. To make a long story short about part of what is going on is that I no longer work for the job I had for 4 years anda month. The place was bad news and I wasn't going anywhere. Time to move on and push things forward.

How do you cure bad news? You decide to take a trip to Hawaii. One of my best friends from back home, the Chicagoland area, lives out there and he is house sitting a beach house...obviously on the beach. We are already talking about what we are gonna do while I'm there. Sounds like it's gonna be OC (outta control). My friend is a hippie, so we will probably do lots of hiking, surfing, playing in waterfalls and of course partying. I will get to meet his girlfriend, who when I talk to her on the phone sounds exactly like my friend. Everything is "man" at the end of every sentence. She said she has hippie lady friends waiting for me. It's all about peace and love...kinda.

Random fun thing I did today. I got to read a book to kindergartners. My friend Gema, Crystal (CXS)'s sister, asked me a long time ago to do it and now was a good time. The little ones really couldn't speak English, but they were so cute and they really liked my Clifford story. The also liked the fact that I like to give high-fives. I love kids. In a respectable way. I love to see their little minds blossom. The children running around now will eventually be the leaders of this country/world. It's a proven fact. Kids grow up eventually and some become powerful. Just sayin..
