So I am just returning from a very long and boring football game. My university, my favorite athletic team in the world, Texas A&M, just got rocked by the #6 ranked Oklahoma Sooners. I wasn't suprised we lost, but I was hoping it wasn't going to end up being a 66-28 rout!

It's a rebuilding year though, new coach, playing freshmen, etc etc. I can make excuses till the cows come home, whatever that means. It is just hard to watch.

I will never turn my back on my school and my teams. I can't do that. Life is full of let downs. Eventually you get highs. This year just have been a ton of lows. This is by far the worst A&M football team I have seen in my life time. Why waste my money on season tickets? Why keep increasing the ticket prices when we can't compete for championships. I use to let A&M football games ruin my day or weekend. Now I have become numb to it all. Laugh it off and think about what I am going to do this evening.

At least I have season basketball tickets......
