Tell me what's on your mind

So I just started watching this show called True Blood. The buzz finally got to me and I bought the dang thing on Blu Ray. I am 4 episodes into it. I really do like it. It's different.

True Blood > Twilight

Like I have said earlier, if I want to watch/read anything about vampires, there needs to be killings. Vampires kill. It's a proven fact. So this suits me better than a high school love story.

That is Sookie and Bill (vampire), the main characters in the show. The more episodes I watch, the prettier Sookie gets. Not that she was ugly the first time I saw her, she is a grower and now I am secretly in love with her. I don't even mind the little gap in her teeth. It adds character.

Her character can read peoples thoughts in the show. She isn't a vampire (at least not where I am at in the first season). It makes me think, do I wish I had this power to hear what people are thinking? The cool thing about her special power is that she can listen when she wants. It's not like she is always hearing what people are saying in their mind. So I'm thinking, yeah I want to have this power.

Even thought I bet some of the thoughts from others that I would hear would make me sad.

"Why am I talking to this guy? What a loser." "Brent's a nice guy, but he is a loser" "Brent is weird!"

Stuff like that.

Of course there are advantages. I can read people pretty well, but then for sure I could really read people. Hmm... Makes me think.

Tonight I am taking my Grandma out for dinner. She loves me. Maybe I'm her fav? Maybe....
If I could read her mind, I would know for sure.
